Mr. “A” got his steel patio cover!
Ms. “M” is another victim of the excess rain we had. Her patio cover caved in as well and we replaced it with the 3″ Insulated roof system.
Ok, it’s a small commercial job but it’s still commercial as this is a job trailer in a parking lot in Mont Belvieu. This shows a small aluminum Patio cover over the steps and the window awnings to keep out the sun.
This patio cover was in the Fourth Ward area of the city known as Freedmen’s Town. All of my life living here I’d never heard of that before. There is some interesting reading on this and Freedmen’s Town even has a Facebook page. This house is right next to a beautiful cemetery. It has been well taken care of over the years.
As you can see this was extremely high up in the air. On the fourth story of this home! We had to use a JLG manlift on this job. But the view was beautiful from up there.
These 2 patio covers were a little complicated to figure out as the customer wanted to cover the whole area and there were pitch issues that had to be addressed. But we got it done and Ms. “H” is thrilled with them. They both were made with the aluminum flat pan.
