For Ms. “C” we installed Ivory screen wall with a 24″ Insulated kickplate under her existing roof. We also added a screen door.

Ms. “S” got the best of both worlds. She got a patio cover AND a screen room. The roof on both is 3″ Insulated Aluminum. The screen wall is also insulated. We installed charcoal pet screen and house gutter. We also removed the existing fascia and installed new Hardi fascia.

Mr. “F” already had an existing steel patio cover. What we did was to Insulate it and add pans underneath it to hide the beams. We also added new trim and columns.
