If you’re afraid of heights, you can agree this job was a little scary. We took down the existing wood rafters and installed a 12′ x 19′ Insulated Aluminum Roof. 3″ on the insulation. We also installed 2 fan beams and a box beam. You can see the 2 – 52″ Hunter fans. They keep it nice and cool under there.

We installed 7 window awnings on this house. They still do the job, keeping out the heat, protecting the windows and window A/C units. They also add character to the house, don’t cha think?

This is the 2nd job we have done for Mr. “B”. We installed a patio cover 2 weeks before but didn’t get pictures. This carport was a 20′ x 20′ Steel Carport with 26 gauge PBR panel sheets painted white. The pictures below were taken before the trim was added.
