This isn’t the same room posted last week. We first built this as a screen room then came back 6 months later and took out the screens and installed storm windows and doors.

Mr. P in Baytown had an existing Patio Cover and wanted to screen it in. Can’t blame him, Texas mosquitoes are the size of birds! We used 6″ Cee beams with Deluxe screen wall and kickplates. He also needed 2 screen doors and house gutter.

For Ms. “C” we installed Ivory screen wall with a 24″ Insulated kickplate under her existing roof. We also added a screen door.

Ms. “S” got the best of both worlds. She got a patio cover AND a screen room. The roof on both is 3″ Insulated Aluminum. The screen wall is also insulated. We installed charcoal pet screen and house gutter. We also removed the existing fascia and installed new Hardi fascia.
