Mr. “L” has a beautiful patio but was really getting tired of the bugs, so we installed 52′ LF of Deluxe screen wall and 2 doors. One of the doors was over sized to accommodate taking his BBQ pit in and out. This was a different type job as we had to saw cut the rock in order to get the screen wall to go against the rock posts.

Well, maybe not “just like that” but pretty close! Ms. “C” has a screen room with an Insulated roof system that we had built for her about 8 years ago. (Whew, how did 2006 become 8 years ago?) We removed the screen and installed glass windows. Now she has an extra room for her house. She loves it!

Here we have constructed a 3″ Insulated Roof system on a screen enclosure with composition shingles in order to meet HOA guidelines. These images show before the shingles, during and after.
