Here we have constructed a 3″ Insulated Roof system on a screen enclosure with composition shingles in order to meet HOA guidelines. These images show before the shingles, during and after.

This custom built aluminum patio cover was built to follow the concrete and cover the hot tub. It is an insulated roof to reduce noise and sweat. With it being insulated, the customer can call us back to install walls and create either a screen room or a sun room. They are half-way there should they ever decide they need another room or just want to keep out skeeters 🙂

Beautiful sunroom we built for a client in Houston. The roof is the 3″ Insulated roof system with Insulated Thermal Pane Windows. You can see the air conditioning unit installed by the door. Nice to have in this Texas heat!
We built 3 very large free standing commercial carports for Wulfe & Co., a real estate company located by the Galleria. The carports are galvanized frames with painted white sheets. Look how we incorporated the light poles!
This isn’t your average 3″ Insulated roof for a patio cover, this is 4″! We had previously built a patio cover for this client on the back of his house. He was so pleased with us he had us come back and build this one on the back of his garage.
