This Ivory patio cover was installed with super gutter and raised the attachment to more height. You don’t have to keep the height coming off the fascia board. This allows for more head room and ceiling fans.

This patio cover is actually for us. This is our rent house we have here in Baytown. Our renters are very happy with the new patio cover.
We had to have the huge tree to the left brought down. That picture actually only shows half of the width of that tree. We also had to break up and remove the previous patio slab and cover. I have to give a plug here to Southeast Tree. Hans Bilderback and his crew did an excellent job on that tree and also stump grinding all those roots for a very fair price.
